A.    Absolutely! We are a worldwide opportunity and we welcome all international members.    Q.    Do I have to sponsor affiliates in order to earn commissions and bonuses? A.    Yes. In order to earn Bonus Commissions, you do have to sponsor others. When you join CafeNopal, you will receive $12.50 of the income revenue on every other referral that signs up through your affiliate link. The first sale will be yours, while the second and fourth will pass up to your sponsor but you will still earn a $2.50 bonus.    Q.    Do you accept Credit and Debit Cards? A.    Yes, we accept credit card payments processed through Pay Pal.    Q.    How and when do I get paid? A.    ALL Commissions are paid weekly through your own e-wallet via our Pay Pal.    Q.    Can I change my sponsor? A.    No, once you join there can be no changes made. Please be sure you are under the correct sponsor before you complete the enrollment process. If you must absolutely change sponsors, then the only way to do it is to enroll under the sponsor of your choice and make your payment.
